We recommend ordering your usual size or a size/half-size smaller than your usual size.

Machine or hand wash in cold water, or professional dry clean.

EXCHANGES

If your shoes don't fit, please contact us within 4 days for a one-time size exchange up to one size. One size exchange per household.

PRODUCTION

Each order takes about 10-14 days to be hand-crafted.

Once your item is made, it will be packaged and shipped from our partner facility in China.

SHIPPING

Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks.

Total estimated time to receive this made-to-order item is 3-4 weeks.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders may take a little longer than 4 weeks to receive.

Express shipping is used when possible, however express shipping is not available to rural U.S. areas such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping can take up to 40 days.

Estimated shipping time may be 2-4 weeks, longer during peak shopping times like holidays or when there is inclement weather or other shipping delays.
