Christmas Deadlines

During the Christmas season, production and shipping delays occur due to heightened demand and increased volume of orders. 

Be aware that shipping delays are common due to high demand and potential logistical challenges during this busy period.

To help you plan ahead, we encourage you to place your orders as early as possible.

Below are the estimated order deadlines for Christmas delivery, categorized by shipping methods and regions:

👉 Christmas Shipping Deadline: Dec 5th

Order by the Dec. 5th for the best chance of your order arriving before Christmas. NOTE that we cannot guarantee shipping times.

 

January Order Delays

Most of our items are made-to-order. Handbags, shoes, boots, and car accessories are made by our amazing team in China and shipped directly to you.

Chinese New Year is celebrated late January to early February and during this time, all orders are placed on hold until staff are back from the holiday.

Order Cut-off and Shipping

Orders placed on or after January 18: Production and shipping will resume February 3-6, once our factory reopens.

Shipping Information
Shipping carriers in China will be on holiday from January 25 to February 5. Some shipping-related inquiries may experience delayed responses.
