Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-7 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our - Order Lookup - page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our - Order Lookup - page after 8 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
NOTE: If your shipping address is a PO Box, military address, or rural outlying US areas (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska), only standard shipping can be used and may take up to 50 days to receive items.
Also NOTE: There are often shipping delays during peak shipping seasons such as around Christmas.
Q: Can I change the address on an order?
A: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If the order has not shipped, we can update the shipping address. If the order has shipped, unfortunately there is no way to change the address and it will be shipped to the original address provided.

Q: Do shoes and boots run small or large?
A: The shoes and boots are standard size. To be sure you order the correct size, measure your foot from heel to toe and use the shoe size chart to select the length that is slightly larger than your foot size. The sizing charts include the insole length and width, which is the inside of the shoe.
