Do not expose boots to the sun for a long time as sublimated ink may fade and vegan material will degrade faster if left out in the sun.


SHIPPING

Please allow 10-14 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Total estimated time to receive this made-to-order item is 3-4 weeks. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

CANCELATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of the order being placed. Once we push the order through to production, and the making of your item begins, the order cannot be canceled.


RETURNS

No returns on these made-to-order boots. If your boots don't fit, we allow a one-time size exchange up to 1 size difference. One size exchange per household.
