I accept cancellations within 2 hours of the order. I push orders to production quickly to help expedite your order. Once an item goes into production, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, message me ASAP. If the order has not gone to production I'm happy to cancel it for you.

Each order is made-to-order and shipped directly from my production partner to you. I do not accept returns on made-to-order items. No returns.
